Staples — Local services in La Quinta

Horrible customer service was put on hold for over an hour. Called back twice. Continue to get put on hold. No one seemed to be able to give me answers when I call to speak to a supervisor manager someone in charge. I explained my situation that I've been on hold for over an hour. They told me it's fine. We've been busy all day. I said excuse me. He said it's fine if you're put on hold for over an hour. That is unacceptable. As an answer they could have told me call back later. We are backed up. We are busy short-staffed and I would have been completely understanding. But just to be put on hold and given the answer. It's fine,it's fine of course I didn't argue or answer back. There was no need for that, but I do feel that stable should know the type of employees...

Had been searching post offices, drug stores, and other Staples stores across the Coachella Valley, looking to have Mexican visa photos taken. Nobody could figure out how to print the correct size, which is smaller than Passport photos. Apparently, the official size requirement provided by Mexico and loaded on the software is the same for Passport and Visa photos, but in fact, the official required visa size is smaller than the passport. The wonderful associate at this Staples determined a way to help us get a correct size photo, using her ingenuity. She never gave up, never lost her sense of humor and kindness, and was most patient and helpful. We were so pleased...

The printing department at Staples, La Quinta, CA is a place I have grown fond of going. The team is knowledgeable, and always helpful. I'm prompted to write this review to especially praise Michael, a young man who has assisted me numerous times. My projects are not always straightforward, and his advice, attention to detail, and patient personality are so very appreciated! In addition, Michael is often working alone, and his ability to concentrate on the job at hand as well as acknowledge customers waiting for help is a skill that seems to come naturally.
