I recently had a fantastic experience at the Forbidden Cannabis Club on Martin Way, and I want to take a moment to express my gratitude. About a week ago, there was a slight miscommunication, mostly on my part, but it ended up in my favor. Dylan, the supervisor, handled the situation with utmost respect and sincerity.
Dylan not only apologized wholeheartedly but also took responsibility for the situation, even when he could have easily refused the request. This act of integrity spoke volumes to me. Despite feeling bad about the misunderstanding, I appreciate that Dylan recognized my loyalty as a customer. His willingness to go the extra mile has truly elevated my overall experience at the store, and I wanted to share my appreciation.

I will say that most the employee's that work here are chill tenders & great at their jobs..all except for that one sourpuss chick ina bad mood, with poor customer service skills, who just shouldnt answer the phones man. Just know that you would have lost a customer if it werent for the kickass late night crew that came through for me like some real ones, when i as the super fawkin loyal customer i am, still came through for some herb after being spoken to with an attitude on my bday. But hey i get it, who tf am i, & is it that big of a deal..really? Only a lil to me on the day of, sure..not so much now, & not to anyone else besides family & friends, i get that..well hopefully a lil to the shop owner caring about their business & having happy customers who actually want to give return business. But hey i get it, everyone has bad days, which is why i had changed my 1 star review, to a 4 star, & now to a 5 star. Because I've been shopping here since the beginning of Euphoric 360, & i have a lot of love for this shop, so i was disappointed in the way i was treated & felt i acted accordingly with my 1star reviews, but i forgive her & still love you all the same, including & espeically her, as it recnetly became apparent she may need it the most, & i just didnt realize it until now. And yeah maybe not the best for busniess, but we're all human, & it happens. Thanks to the late night crew though, you showed real love that night, & it wont go unnoticed....

Also thereās like no rosin to pick from at this store. Iāve shopped here for a wile and know better then to buy some old rosin that Iāve seen on the menu for like a year. They really need to hire a better buyer because who ever is the stores buyer doesnāt seem to be in the loop with fresh drops from top shelf companyās in the 502 market. Super disappointing when a brand well known in the wa rec market hypes up a new drop!!
