I have been doing business with this location since shortly after they opened. I am greatly relieved that they survived the last two years when so many businesses closed permanently.

I have consistently received quality coffee with a smile, kindness, and generosity.

They’re authentically interested in my opinion of their product.

They are interested in their customers. Most have been with this company for a while now and recognize me by my face or my car and know what I want without even asking me.

They were accommodating and understanding of my communication challenges due to a hearing impairment that requires the assistance of lip reading and they were always gracious, understanding, and accommodating in allowing me to see their mouth to read their lips during the times when we needed to communicate.

The prices are fair and reasonable and the product is always of great quality.

This place is a joke, there is one lady there who has an attitude all the time, she spoke to her manager said I had to keep my coffee card there, because one of the ladies had an attitude whom was the who told me I had to keep my punch card there because they have to write what size you get so when you get that free one it's that same size. She said that because it's not written on she cant accept my punch card or acknowledge it. The lady is working right now as we speak. I tried to call and talk to the manager who I cannot get ahold of. I will not get coffee there ever again, customer service sucks. All American Coffee is a great hut! We always go for "real" coffee drunks. They don't have a flavor list but usually whatever I ask for isn't a problem. Coffee drinks aren't too sweet either. The ladies working are nice and friendly. Most of the time they're pretty fast. Don't forget to get a punch card because it's free and worth it. Only thing that bums me out a smidge is they charge extra for soy or other alternative milks, but that's an overall theme in Lacey.
