I was looking for a used electric stove and refrigerator when I found Quality Appliance store in Aberdeen Washington. I met Enrique, the manager. He assisted me in making a choice: the stove was a GE 4 burner, white, with the controls on the front of the stove. The white refrigerator was a Samsung 28.5 cu ft triple door. They have a 90 day warranty on all of their appliances. Delivery was scheduled for the next day! Two days later the refrigerator died!! All the food was destroyed. I contacted Enrique and he brought a temporary working refrigerator and took the malfunctioning one away. Also he reimbursed me the cost of spoiled food. The next day he advised me the Samsung refrigerator was not repairable and if I was agreeable Quality Appliance would replace it with a brand new refrigerator. I agreed and two days later a new 22.3 cu ft double door refrigerator was installed in my home.

This was our second time buying from this place, so yes we were repeat customers, but this will definitely be the last. We bought a W&D set, within 2 weeks the dryer stopped working, they came to get it to fix, we asked for a refund because if a dryer breaks down in a matter of 2 wks what problems lie ahead, they told us they will not refund, or give us a different one, they said that if it stops working again to try and sell it, so in other words try and sell a broken dryer, w asked for them to extend our warranty just in case it breaks again, they told us no they wouldn't do it, basically they will not stand behind their products. We live in a small town and this is a small business you would think that you would take a little better care especially the fact that we were repeat customers that you have now...

Wow, I wish more places were like this. Had a great experience. Alfredo helped me find what I was in need of. From the moment I walked into the store, the vibe was so professional and warm-welcoming. I value places that aren't just trying to upsell me, and this was the perfect place to be free from that and trust that I was in the right hands.
