Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Lacey

Well had a snow day at work. And called for delivery and they told me to make carryout online and call to switch it to delivery. Not sure why though. I called back and was told not doing deliveries any more. Which would of been fine. But then i had just under 30 seconds. He said we dont deliver to Seattle. I said I'm not in Seattle. I'm in Olympia. And then he said we don't deliver to Tumwater. I then said I'm only a half mile down the road from your work. He then asked me if my name was such and such. I said no. I gave him my name. And he told me they are not making deliveries anymore. I asked for a manager. He told me he was the owner. Which I re-told him i had already placed a order. He then said ok I have your name and you are the last delivery of the night. I told him to just have the driver to park next door to my work because my parking lot has not been shoveled to make it easier for the driver because of the snow. And I would wait outside for the driver. Once again he didn't get what I was saying. He was belligerent on the phone. So I call back because it's been over a hour now. Gave the employee the story up above. The employee remembered hearing 1/2 the story. Because the employee overheard the conversation. I told the person the owner was being belligerent. And thought he was drunk or stoned on the phone. That person...

John's Pizza store I order a pizza and garlic beater bread stick. I told the store casher I will be back to pickup the pizza at 8:00 PM I came to the store at 8:00 and took the pizza I leave 3mintes away from the store went home and I find the pizza is cold and it is not eatable. I came back to the store and talk to the store shift manger (girl) I show hear the pizza and I told hear this is old pizza. She said she will call the store manger came back and she said she will make me an order she did the pizza and did not make the bread stick. I asked her about it she said the manger said I take it as is or she will call the police for me. I was shuck when I hear that. I said what is the wrong I did? call the police for me. She picks up the phone and calls the police. 2 caps came and did not hear my story, asked me to leave, and sing a form (Trespass Warning) I did asked the police what did I do both can not answer my questions. I asked about my money police said the general manger said will not give it back I asked about my pizza and refused to give to me. I need advice and law suit for both Please I was so heart by this can not sleep or sink. What is the wrong I did? To...

There were signs everywhere that wearing masks are required, yet 2 of the 3 employees I could see working there had their masks tucked under their chin, and all were working in the kitchen. I guess the mask mandate only applies to customers and not employees?

Additionally, when I walked in for my carry-out order, I told them what pizza I was there for and was told it would be 5 more minutes. No problem, so I stood inside out of the way and waited. While waiting, I watched pizza after pizza get boxed up and set aside. 15 minutes later, the Same Person asked me why I was there. Turns out the pizza I was there to pick up, had been sitting on the rack getting cold for the past 10 minutes while I stood there waiting for it.

Lastly, when I got home with the pizza, it wasn't even correct. I ordered chicken, jalapenos, and philly steak and got no chicken on the pizza at all.

Honestly I should have read the reviews for this particular location, because they are horrible across the board. Whoever is in charge of this franchise might want to think about getting some competent...
