BEWARE PLUS SIZE BEAUTIES!!!!! I went in looking to try on some dresses and as soon as I came in the lady stopped me and asked to measure my waist. I told her that I had been dress shopping all day at different formal shops and was between a size 18-22 depending on the dress. She measured my waist and quickly let me know she has NOTHING for me. I asked to try on a few dresses that were size 22/24. One of the dresses I had already tried on in a size 18 that day (same manufacturer) and just needed one size up. I found a size up at this store, but when I asked to dry on the dresses she removed them all from my hands and said she would go look up the sizes online because she was absolutely sure they would not fit me. I assured her that was not necessary and that I just wanted to try them on and judge for myself, because who knows my body better than me, right? She stood and looked up the 4 dresses I had picked out and told me they were French and European manufacturers and she was positive they would not be able to fit me. I got the most beautiful purple dress here. Waited to wear it for prom. As soon as I put it on, the corset structure started to break. The zipper kept getting stuck cause me to have multiple people to try to fix it. I was at prom for 20 minutes; when the dress started to completely rip at the cleavage area. My friend also got a dress from here with a corset top, her dress was a tie up one. 5 minutes after she got it tied up the back started busting. Whenever we were inside prom she was dancing and the whole thing started to snap causing us to have to end up leaving. This sucks, especially because we spent close to $500 on each dress. After this happened my mother called and they said they couldn’t issue a refund & the only thing they could do is fix it if we brought it to them that second. Which we live 45 minutes away and already was at prom. This was very disappointing. My friends got cheaper dresses from JCPenny and Macy’s with no problems. I would stay away from this shop. Stick to the cheaper options! They have beautiful dresses, but break more than easily. Highly disappointed with the way they reacted to...

If you decide to get alterations done in store make sure you have your dress back at least a week before your event. My daughters dress (and at least 10 other people) were waiting outside the store the day of her prom waiting on someone to show up and let us in to get our dresses (we were there during what should have been open hours but the shop was closed). When someone finally arrived we were all informed the dresses were not done. After a lot of back and forth with the poor high school girl sent to deal with the mob of people in the store the owners husband finally shows up with a few of the dresses with just hours to spare before prom was to start. A lot of the people waiting ended up not getting their dress and had to buy something off the rack in the mall. This is after paying for the dress and alterations from Diggz.
