When trying on clothes, the employees were very encouraging and said I looked great, but when I got home I tried it on again and I just really wasn't feeling it, so I returned the clothes a week later and the employees refused to take them back. They said they could tell I had washed them, even though the paper tags were still very intact and the clothes had just sat in the bag for that week.
