Hobby Lobby — Local services in Lafayette

I am seriously so pleased with the service at this store! I am a Breastfeeding mom, and it's sometimes really hard to find people who respect the fact that I don't want to nurse my child in a restroom stall while sitting on a dirty toilet seat. That's gross. Anyways, while my sister and I were shopping for some Christmas gifts we were making, my baby started getting really fussy. It was freezing out, and I didn't want to have to drag her outside to a car that's not heated up, and risk her getting sick. I walked around the entire store trying to find some place to sit and nurse, but couldn't find one. Finally, I asked an employee if there was someplace I could sit down, and even though she was really busy, she took me back to one of the classrooms where I could comfortably nurse my child in peace. She told me to take my time! I didn't catch her name, but whoever you are I'd just like to thank you for being so kind and respectful. It really means a lot. There needs to be a lot more people in the world like you!...

Hobby Lobby is as always an outstanding store for the hobby and crafting enthusiasts for all of your hobby and crafting needs and offers so much more throughout their huge store for everyone. The store also has a great variety of home decor and mirrors and frames and gorgeous silk flowers and lots of unique items and gift ideas. You need to check them out because you'll really be surprised what this store has to offer. It is neat and clean and well organized and stocked and the associates are friendly and courteous and knowledgeable and professional and eager to help with any questions or concerns you may have and help you have a great shopping experience. There is plenty of free parking and wheelchair accessible parking and wheelchair accessible entrance. Check them out because I know that you are going to be surprised with all of the products and services that they have to offer....

Great store! A bit overpriced for certain items. I picked out a cute picture to hang in my bedroom. It was on a display between aisles next to a sale sign for 50% off on a big yellow sale sign. It didn't list any exclusions to the sale. However, I went to pay and it rang up full price. When I explained that it was 50% off, the cashier told me that sales exclude wall decor, like I was supposed to know that. I felt like they should have honored it anyway, since the pictures were sitting right next to the sign. This isn't just a random picture that somebody may have put there.. it had a stack of them on the shelf. Wasn't too happy with that one experience, but overall the place is still...
