Very saddened by my experience today! If you ask me on any day of the week, I would say this is the best one in town. I have been driving 20 mins to this Starbucks for months now because it has always been worth it. Yet today I ordered my normal coffee, it did not look the same as it usually does. I assumed due to all the new faces and struggling to understand my order that they accidentally added whip to my order. Mind you I did not want to hold up the line for a small mistake. Yet when I took my first sip it was the worse coffee, and tasted nothing like it usually does or how it should. My husband had tried his as well and he couldnāt drink it either. We have never had issues yet for the almost $16 I spent today, the coffee was not even drinkable. Two or three sips from each coffee and we just had to call it a wash after dumping them out.
I will be going back in hopes that next time it will be corrected, I will also make sure to try it before leaving...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to this location in hopes of getting one of my favorite drinks to complete my long day ahead went inside because the drive thru was chaotic thinking it was going to go quicker I went to order process started off good until my sandwich I added on was no longer available ok cool because it's a popular item sells fast no problem so I'm waiting on my drink after get refunded and then I start to see everyone else getting their drinks and leaving getting their drinks and driving off and there I am standing and waiting standing and waiting normally I am serviced very well here but today and in person was not the move after about a good 8-10 min or so I realize others that came in after me were being serviced I politely asked for a refund and declined the drink that STILL was yet to be made i was given an apology but at that point I just wanted to leave because it was ridiculous I'll try another location next...

She then made it clear twice I could ask for the water at the speaker. Nothing but a "scowl" the entire time. My hometown Starbucks of 15 years never has a problem with a cup of water! And they are, as you base your business words "kind" Note my husband had just came out of surgery into recovery at St Vincent's when I came to your location to get a coffee ā¤ļø could be the reason I forgot. $4 for coffee. Remember, you never know what people are going...
