I was browsing through some iPhone charging accessories which as you can imagine were in complete disarray. Every rack had like four or five incorrectly placed items on it. Being the OCD person I am, I started to organize it a bit so I could find what I was looking for, and in the process placed a few items on the ground directly below the display. Immediately a disgruntled employee swooped down on me and started berating me for making a huge mess and loudly complaining about the amount of extra work I was causing her. Like, thatās exactly the opposite of what was happening, and regardless her attitude was so unnecessarily unpleasant and hostile. Iāve worked retail and I sympathize ā I do hate it when customers just take a million things off the shelf and then leave them in a giant pile. But it was already like that, and I was fixing it! I realize she probably had no way of knowing that but she was so obnoxious that I didnāt even try to explain. I just walked away and left her to enjoy her bad attitude by herself. I mean cāmon, itās so easy to just be polite and waiting five seconds before throwing a tantrum would have prevented this whole negative...

I found 2 really nice tops but was unable to download my TJ gift card purchase with phone data. I went to checkout & asked if holding the tops until the next day when I could have my gift card or even purchasing & returning for gift card exchange. I was advised that the later was too many transactions and cashier could bring up manager for hold status. Manager was finally free & advised they would hold in my name until 5:00 today. I went to store about 11 am today to purchase with gift card & they were unable to locate my held items that were supposed to be behind counter. Another manager was there today & stated they would have been returned to sale rack because they did not have gold tag. I could not locate the tops so they must have sold. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. While browsing the skincare and fragrance section, I felt uncomfortably monitored the entire time. Every item I picked up or interacted with seemed to be met with scrutiny. One employee even directed me to Ulta if I wanted to smell perfumes, which felt dismissive and unnecessary. I was essentially harassed within just a few minutes of being in the store. To make matters worse, this employee was extremely invasive, standing way too close and making me feel uncomfortable. It felt as though I was being pushed away from the very products I came to explore. This interaction completely soured my shopping experience, and I left feeling disrespected. I hope the store can improve by being more mindful in hiring staff who are both professional and kind. Everyone deserves a welcoming environment...
