There was no wait time, my appointment was at 11am, and I was immediately attended to. The entire store had a beautiful aroma. The room where I had my healing treatment was clean and had a nice ambience. The Crystal BioMat called my attention because of the inflammation I have in my body. So I scheduled a 30 minute session but after the consultation with Monica we agreed an hour was better. I ended up falling asleep with the frequency sounds she had on. During the session I had some pain with the heat in one of my lower legs but after a bit the pain went away nicely. When the session ended and Monica woke me up I thought it had only been 30 minutes! It was so relaxing and felt like it went really fast. I honestly thought that after an hour I was going to be stiff getting off the table because every morning when I get out of bed it takes me a minute to stand up straight cause my back always hurts until I start walking more. However, to my surprise when my session ended I got up and was able to move easily! I was able to put on my socks and shoes with ease and my body felt like I had just stretched. I felt refreshed and had really good mobility when I left. I also ended up buying two beautiful crystals and a necklace to go! The mother-and-daughter team (Monica & Sierra) provided outstanding customer service. I will go again and plan on making the Crystal Biomat part of my monthly self care. Majick Soul lives up to its name! Monica, Sierra, and Kiko are truly magical souls. Their healing energy is palpable and walking into their space immediately feels like a hug from a loved one. I always leave feeling renewed and armed with more knowledge about myslef and the metaphysical world... and at least a half dozen new crystals! The prices on their products and services are more than reasonable and their kindness and knowledge are a gift. Yesterday I had my first reiki session with Kiko- what a beautiful experience! It was equally calming and energizing. And also emotional- I felt like I was able to fully open up to the experience and let go of energy that was no longer serving me. So thrilled I found this local store. that is family owned. I came in to purchase a crystal for my brothers birthday. The owners were beyond knowledgeable, informative, and gave me options, but also asked questions, asked his name and then held specific crystals to know which ones fit his needs. I also happened to be here on a night that Kiko was doing 20 min Chakra and aura cleanse, and it felt right to try it out, and it was magical.
