I used to love this place and think it was convenient and the people there were very knowledgeable until now. Took my package to be mailed, I didn't finish it off because I didn't have the right packing material so I handed it to the girl at the front desk and asked her if she could fix this and get it ready to be mailed and she assured me she would so I went on my way. Come to find, out that my package went into all kinds of problems because the girl at post net never took off one of the shipping labels, the giant label that you can clearly see in the picture was supposed to be covered up or taken off and never was , so the post office didn't know where it was going. The package made it all the way to Texas before it got returned back to me at my house after I paid $21 to have it shipped by a "professional". I called and explained that they had left this giant label on the package that you can clearly see in the picture...which is the wrong label that they never took off or bothered to cover it up even though I was assured she would handle it and get everything ready to be mailed. So, this was the exact reason the package was ultimately returned back to me. I called postnet and they were unwilling to correct this situation or offer me a refund!!!! Not only that they tried to put the mistake off on me! I mean you guys know the shipping buisness better than anyone, and charge quite a bit more than the regular post office to have this kind of convenience shipping and should not have missed this big giant label!! Especially when you assured me everything would be handled correctly! I am highly disappointed with them and will be using the regular post...
Read moreTerrible at best. Unprofessional and difficult to deal with, I dread having to go into the store to check my mailbox. Basic instructions require multiple explanations, even the most simple tasks that take 5 minutes are multiplied at least threefold by using this store.
When attempting to ship a package parcel post, a clerk with a horrible attitude quoted an outrageous rate for parcel post that was 3 times the post office rate. When I inquired further the clerk stated there was "a convenience fee." When I inquired what the convenience fee was, the clerk again gave me a bad attitude and said she didn't know. When I questioned the rate she persisted with the bad attitude and in a huff stated "we're not the post office." No but you are "Post Net" and I AM A CUSTOMER. I went to the Louisville post office and shipped three packages for the rate this person quoted.
Terrible, the only way to describe it and that's being generous. I will not renew my mail box here and go out of my way to avoid it. Avoid this like the plague unless you have money and time to burn and enjoy...
Read moreI was a customer for 5 years. No longer. Since Jason the previous owner retired and got a new owner everything has gown downhill.
I was charged $3 to use one of their computers for 2 minutes to print a piece of black & white paper. Anything above 5 minutes incurs additional fees… To use a computer… Jason used to let paying customers who had a mailbox use his computers for free…
To print a piece of paper here will cost $3-$5. Sounds absurd just reading this.
They no longer accept USPS pre-paid packages. Rumor is that mailboxe prices will also be increasing soon. Taking my business elsewhere (already found a different company where it only cost $.17 cents to print a piece of black & white paper and mailboxes are half the price of here)
What’s next… charging per inch of tape used, for parking spots, and to breathe the air inside of their...
