One of the worst experience I have had with tux rentals I was never properly fitted.When I went to try on tux garments no one would really assist me much and the vest and shirt was to small.The pant were incredibly large on me and the jacket and shirt had different arm lengths which looked really ridiculous.so they never tried to fix any of the problems and when my wife went to pick up the tux the day before the wedding my vest was still not in.so I had to get my tux 4 hours before the wedding and my vest still had not been delivered.soooo they decided to just cut the vest down the back and it just looked really screwed up.I couldn't even take off my jacket the entire wedding because they did such a bad job on my vest which also was really short.Then we went to return it they closed the store 10 minutes early.then we finally get there 2 day lawyer the wedding and they tried to charge a late fee.so my wife proceeded to ask for a refund and the bald headed guy in there was really rude to her and would not give a refund or even a partial refund.He was a bit rude like all this was our fault and in all reality it was his fault because he was the one who was there the day I went to try in my tux.So in conclusion I will never spend another dime in that store and I will hope other people read this review and take my advice this place is just as bad of service and quality as it gets.

DON'T DO BUSINESS...

Went to Men’s Warehouse in Lafayette (12-29-20) upon entering the manager asked me and two other customers to put on mask 1 of the customers walked out the other per the manager instructions had to stand at the front door. She then told me to put on the mask I replied I really didn’t want to put the mask on as I have health issues.she said I have to wear the mask anyway. I asked for the manager she said she is the manger. I repeated I have health issues and don’t want to wear the mask! She then asked me what my health issues are and I politely informed her that as someone who works for a Law firm she just broke the law asking me what exactly my health issues are and she/the store was quickly laying the ground work for a lawsuit. She repeated I have to stand at the front door ( like it’s safe there) and that she’d bring me whatever jeans I want. I asked if she would try them on for me as well.she was very unprofessional especially in asking me what my health issues are and didn’t seem to care about anything else. I can guarantee I will not ever spend another damn dime at this store as long as the employees behave in such a unprofessional and...

I went into the store ( 10-6-2021)to buy a white shirt for a funeral and I will admit that I wasn’t dressed like I had any business being there! That’s besides the point, I was a paying customer looking for service! 2 of the employees both looked at me and didn’t even acknowledge me! Just when I was about to work out the store I was finally asked if I needed help by the ( store manager), and I explained to him that both of his employees looked at me and didn’t ask me if I needed help! This store mgr went above and beyond to help me, he even threw in a couple of cuff links for my purchase! And instead of buying only 1 shirt, I bought 2 because Of the mgr customer service! My final purchase was for $101.32! To the 2 customer service representatives, don’t judge a person because of their appearance of how they are dressed!...
