These guys have an excellent selection of sealed products and singles for Pokémon TCG collectors and players alike. They are constantly expanding their collections, and promoting fun tournaments, and events. They give high percentages for trades. They express kindness and willingness to work with new customers, and are especially good to their regulars (as I've learned over a short period of time shopping with them so frequently). Having the mind if a critic, I have a tendency to nitpick at every detail wherever I shop, to make absolute sure I am getting a fair deal. This place makes it very difficult for me to do that because I know I am getting a great deal every time I shop there, with literally no haggle or hassle.

Wow what an amazing atmosphere!!! I feel comfortable like I’m at home right away. I love it here ! LJ was so helpful and professional! First class service for sure, he had someone bring their whole Pokemon collection in minutes just for us to look at! Now that is customer service! He gave us great prices and even sold me a special play-mat I had been looking for!! He let us spend an Hour and a half of his time. No rush what so ever. The card selection is high end and the binders are super organized. The cases are also organized and easy to see. That being said, I was in today and felt uncomfortable due to the amount of complaining that was going on behind the counter. It was unprofessional in my opinion. Making a deal was difficult because the owners were not at the shop and I had to communicate with them via third party.
