I wish I could give a zero star Review. This was probably the fifth time i've shopped here and chose items based on sales prices only to find out when they ring you up all the prices are wrong. I have complained and ask them to fix this Because everyone who comes there and purchases any of the items I purchased today will have their hard earned money stolen! The manager is such a terrible human being. He doesn't even care that everyone who comes in the store Is getting ripped off daily! He told me oh well He can only send so many emails about wrong prices! That was pretty frustrating to hear.. he's okay with stealing from people.. he made zero effort to correct any of the multiple items that don't scan in correctly. For example.. $5.99 for chicken strips.. but they charged me $12.99! In total, today on just this one shopping trip There were 8 items that I was overcharged for! Instead of the manager, understanding my frustration, because this happens so frequently at this store.. he said he wasn't going to give my money back that he Owed me. I had to go back to the aisles where I got the items and take pictures of them and their pricing with my phone and then threaten to call the police just to get him to refund the overcharged amounts! Then he had the nerve to tell me that I can't shop there anymore and if he sees me, he's going to call the police lol.. these guys are crooks, and i'm not surprised they behaved like this.. obviously they are lining their pockets with all that extra money they are stealing from customers every single day! This place is actually wild. Today I utilized a motorized cart as I was not feeling well and just needed to get a few items. Upon reaching checkout Sarah at register 4 around 3:00 PM whom was at checkout made an incredibly rude comment to myself and my mother with whom I was shopping with. She stated “It doesn’t look like anything is wrong… I mean if he wants to be lazy I guess that’s on him”. The entire line of customers behind me heard this and kind of looked in awe. Being as that I don’t normally utilize one however I do have a disability I am partnering with my attorney to initiate a suit against them. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated especially by someone who acts as a face of the store. I truly hope this behavior is not accepted by their upper management and that proper ADA training is provided to each of their team members. So sad we still live in a world where customer service team members are allowed to make such comments. Needless to say not that it matters, will definitely not be returning...
