Starbucks — Restaurant in Lago Vista

The woman with long hair that was in a low pony tail that worked 9/22 around 4:30pm was so rude, I walked up to see if the 1 drink up there with a few people sitting down was mine and if I could see the name becuasw the name was facing away and she rudely told me that it’s NOT my drink and she’s the only one on bar and that it will be right up. Not wanting to argue because I understand how busy someone can be working by themselves I sat waiting for my drink. 20 minutes later go by and another guy who just got on shift at 5pm comes in and calls out the Names that were there and the drink she told me that wasn’t mine was mine and I was just sitting waiting. I understand I could’ve done something in those 20 mins and I didn’t but I’m not a confrontational person and if she would have just said the name like I asked, I would’ve been gone 20mins ago. There is literally nothing worse than when businesses don't honor the hours that they have posted on their door and on their website. We are on a road trip and went past the cedar Park one because we saw that there was one in Lago Vista and get out to this one here in Lago Vista go to the drive-thru and the guy comes on the loudspeaker to tell me that they are not open. so now I have a car full of really angry people because there's not another Starbucks for at least another hour. they didn't even have a sign posted on their door stating that they are closed during their regular business hours that day and/or why. If you're going to come on the loudspeaker to tell me your closed then just make me a coffee for us because clearly you are there. Really bad business and in my personal opinion if they're going to be closed when they're scheduled to be open at least add it to your website so that people can go to...

I got the most basic order you can, a medium pike. That's all that was requested and all that was said. I was not asked about cream and sugar, but they added it anyway. I'm lactose intolerant. I had a job down the road and gave the coffee a little cooling down time, took a sip, and my stomach almost immediately started feeling bloated. I was passing back by so decided to get it corrected. The person who helped me told me that to they would have to check the ticket. For what? Just don't put something in someone's drink that they did not ask for. My stomach is turning so much that I no longer want the replacement coffee. Some people have more severe allergies than I do and will get more than an upset stomach.
