My husband & I feel as though this condo has become our favorite home away from home, each & every time that we have returned. From our very first visit we fell in love with this home & with our host, Sandy. Sandy is truly the most phenomenal & the most accommodating host. After our very first 2 week stay, in May, several years ago, we have returned multiple times in May, September, over Christmas, & in June & July. We have family that live near to this condo, & they absolutely love visiting us here.

My hubby & I really appreciate the fully stocked kitchen with everything we could possibly need. There is an abundance of special amenities in the kitchen, as well as in both the guest bath & the master bath. We often enjoy eating, & lounging on the lovely patio. Directly across, from the front of the condo, is the gorgeous swimming pool, that we always enjoy using during our summer & our fall visits. We also enjoy taking afternoon walks along the many beautiful trails, as this condo is located in such a beautiful area. It is just a short drive to the picturesque Laguna Beach, that we always enjoy visiting. We also enjoy visiting many of our other favorite destinations, such as Dana Point, San Clemente, Balboa Island, Huntington Beach, & Newport Beach, which are each a fun & scenic drive from this Laguna Hills condo.

After a fun filled day, we always enjoy returning to this beautiful home away from home, where we can enjoy popping popcorn, making a snack, or fixing a meal, in the fully stocked kitchen. We also enjoy curling up on the cozy couch, to watch a movie together. We could not imagine a more friendly or more accommodating host, than Sandy, or a lovelier home, in a more perfect location, to build fun memories, with our own dear family. 🌴🌊☀️...

I’ve returned to stay at this location several times in the past 2 ½ years. The visits have ranged from 1 to 3 weeks. On each and every visit we’ve pleased with our stay in this home. The unit is clean, quiet, comfortable and well stocked with whatever is needed for an enjoyable stay. We’ve especially appreciated having our morning coffee (multiple types available in this unit) on the large sunny patio while listening to the birds. It’s the perfect way to start the day, whether you’re visiting on business or for pleasure. It’s also the perfect place to relax before going out for the night.

The unit is located in a very nice neighborhood. A full variety of stores including grocery, bakery, gas, coffee, drug and the like are five to ten minutes away. Box stores and your choice of malls are further, probably about 30 minutes or so. Access to a couple of highways is surprisingly quick and easy. We’ve never heard any noise from this location.

All the items you need to make and serve a meal are provided in this well-stocked unit. If you prefer, your choice of several very good casual restaurants is 5 to 15 minutes away. For a special night out, your choice of fancier restaurants is about 30 minutes away.

The Neighbors are quiet but friendly. We’ve spoken with them several times, sharing tips on places to visit, especially places that weren’t obvious to us.

Clearly the host takes pride in this home. They have always been easy to work with. Instructions for accessing the unit, the garage and pool are simple to follow. They were quick to act on the one visit when something needed their attention. Check-out has been simple.

This villa is the best place ever!! It is over the top amazing! We watched the dolphins from the bedrooms, watched the glistening waves crash in the sunshine and heard them crashing in the evening as we slept. The place was completely perfect. We love the spa which fit 10 of us, the gourmet kitchen, the 2 huge living rooms, dining room, large wet bar and counter - it's all connected in the most brilliant floor plan. There are views, views, views from every window, including the city lights and 3 bell towers. The Master suite is so impressive. This is a super creative floor plan, huge separate living room en suite with bathroom of 3 sinks, spa tub, 2 showers, and beautiful. We liked the separate toilet/bidet room too. Our family loved all of the bedrooms and upstairs TV room/office with printer and monitors for our use. The backyard is huge with the brand new chef's grill and separate dining area. It is 1 block and a few steps to downtown, really. The beach is 5 minutes away. Can't say enough. We will be back for sure. Another reason this was the best place ever is our host Sandy Leger obviously loves this place - you can feel her TLC in every area. The booking process was easy, she checked in with us to see if we needed anything, and was a real pleasure as a hostess of the nicest place hands down that we ever have stayed at. Our experience was better than most of the 5 star resorts we are accustomed to.
