I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this place. We came here for lunch and we ordered Anastasia omelet and a coffee. Regrettably, the omelet was poorly prepared, with an excessive amount of overturned filling, and the coffee was excessively sweet and of substandard quality. The overall quality of the food was mediocre at best, and the pricing seemed unjustifiably high, reminiscent of a tourist trap. It is evident that the focus of this business is on profit rather than delivering a quality customer experience. Furthermore, the service provided was exceptionally poor. The staff exhibited rudeness and a lack of basic courtesy, a reflection of broader management issues. Additionally, the restaurant has a clothing store inside that sells products that you can buy online at a significantly lower price, which raises further concerns about the value offered at this establishment.
This is the first time in my life I have felt compelled to leave a negative review, but the severity of the treatment I received necessitates it. In today’s competitive market, businesses can only thrive by offering high-quality products, exceptional service, and genuine respect for their customers. Unfortunately, my experience was far from meeting these standards. I hope that this feedback is taken seriously and leads to the necessary improvements in both service and product quality and maybe to some empathy training for the management of this establishment. Sincerely, the...
Read moreA nice small café with a boutique attached. It felt to me like an original breakfast place with unique menu items.
Your order at the counter where you can also see the daily specials, and then you sit where you want.
The food actually came pretty fast. The hot chocolate was nice - it wasn’t too thick and didn’t seem over sweet. The foam was actually nice to have! There is an effort in presentation as you can see from the pictures. We all liked it. I tried a bit of the swedish pancakes, it is very sweet and heavy as you can expect, but enjoyable! The Eggs Anna were definitely original with that sauce. It was very interesting. I’m not gonna say it’s the best thing I ever had, but it was good.
It was farmers’ market, but we didn’t struggle to find a place to sit. For parking, you need to find in the city - but, the place is not far from the main areas, so convenient. You just walk a few blocks.
Overall, a cool spot - we were not sure where to go and wanted a more local place. So, I guess...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of enjoying the vegetable omelet at Anastasia Cafe, and it was nothing short of delightful! The omelet was perfectly fluffy and cooked to golden-brown perfection, showcasing a vibrant mix of fresh vegetables. Each bite was a burst of flavor, with the spinach, bell peppers, and onions harmonizing beautifully.
Accompanied by a colorful array of sides, including sweet cantaloupe and refreshing banana slices, the presentation was as inviting as the taste. The use of high-quality ingredients was evident, making this dish not only satisfying but also nutritious.
The atmosphere of the cafe added to the experience, with its cozy ambiance and friendly service. If you’re looking for a wholesome and delicious breakfast option, I highly recommend the vegetable omelet at Anastasia Cafe. It’s a perfect way to...
