I don't Normally post reviews, but the when someone goes above and beyond, they deserve it. I was looking at R.Hardware originally and I stumbled upon the Furniture Factory while driving by. If you are looking for a couch this is the place! Gamal is amazing one of the best customer service sales rep I have ever done business with. He went over everything with me. He put up with me coming into is store 4 or 5 times before finally making a decision. Dan the owner is great as well. There couches are 10x more comfortable than anything else on the Market. They have the best version of the Cloud couch! Their prices are less than half of RH. and the quality is better. They built and delivered a custom couch to me in less than 30 days and I paid $4K vs. $12-$15K at RH. The comfort and quality is 10 times better. I ordered a custom dining table about 18 months ago, it was a disaster from the very beginning, paid to have it delivered because it was so heavy and they were already things wrong with it upon delivery, after some pushing they finally agreed to come get it and take it back to LA to repair it and about two months later I started noticing splitting in the wood on the top and every time I reached out to them they said that that’s natural and normal because of the mildly rustic look, kind of like Restoration Hardware furniture, however it continued to do it and big chips of the wood have now popped out and splits, and it looks absolutely awful, I’m literally going to have to pay someone to refinish it because of the stain matching they will probably have to redo the entire table after I paid about $1700 for it. We just selected our brand new couch and I am so excited! It was important for us to get a high quality couch that was made in USA and after visiting several stores (with either mediocre or laughably expensive couches) we found what we were looking for here. We picked the size, fabrics and filling to fit the room perfectly. The materials are very high quality. Their turn around time is super fast. We went in twice, first spoke with Gamal and then with Dan and both times customer service was awesome.
