My husband and I bought our wedding rings from here about 2 years ago. We got the insurance and paid in full on both rings. We spent easily a few thousand dollars. I also provided my own main diamond for my ring. Recently the diamonds have begun to fall out. So far 7. When buying this ring I asked it the diamonds will fall out and they said “they shouldn’t”. Something as simple as bringing in groceries caused the 14k gold to bend a bit and diamonds began falling out. I called to have it fixed and they said the insurance doesn’t cover it. The insurance only covers the big diamond which they didn’t provide to me because I brought my own. Then they say I need to pay $500 to replace The diamonds and falling out is common.
