I told the rep what I needed the color of the dress to be and halfway between my appointment she went to help another customer and I guess somewhere along the way the person ordering my dress didn't know the difference. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. The people are very nice, but don’t leave without a written contract if they offer you anything. They go back on their word and do not offer any type of return, which is plastered all over the wall. How sad is it that even if you order the dress and it ends up being wrong size, it’s your fault. Or even better a military deployment happens the weekend after you make a down payment for your dress and you loose your deposit because of something out of your hands. Also not a nice establishment for the prices. Seems money hungry to me. Proceed with caution...
