Chico's — Local services in Lake Oswego

Came in this past Saturday afternoon to make a return and was "helped" by a very rude older clerk with long grey hair. I tried to make the return as easy as possible by starting it online and bringing the return slip in with me but even with that she couldn't figure out how to issue the refund and acted snooty the entire time. Eventually, she tried to refund me less than I paid for the item and when I pointed out that it wasn't the correct amount, she just walked away and started chatting with another customer, leaving me standing there. A friendlier clerk (with short dark hair) came over to help and issued my refund promptly and correctly, simply by scanning the return slip I had brought in like it should have been done in the first place. I brought my elderly neighbor here because she had received a free gift from them .we arrived early and stood outside in the wind and mist of rain at 10 after 9 I called the store and ask the woman who answerd the phone what time they open she said 9 am so I told her it's 10 after and we are standing outside .she had seen us already .she opened the door .both lady's running the store that day were VERY SNOTTY .I will never shop there because of them and would not recommend them to...
