Don't waste your time at this location. They'd rather serve people who interrupt customers that are standing outside the door yelling in and stepping in front of other customers because she left her 2 yr old unattended in the car. Then proceeded to curse & swear and act like trailer trash over other customers I should of walked out at that point!!! As a veteran I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything at this overpriced location, especially to my fellow veterans. The younger one who claimed to be the owner screamed at everyone in the shop NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE clearly age appropriate behavior from a store employee!!! 2 young people running the counter should have told the 19 year old to either come In or close the door & stop yelling across other customers & starting drama. If your going to announce to the entire store you've left your child unattended expect some people will disagree w/your choice. As they may discover discrimination is against the law & serving people like her who leaves a 2 yr old unattended in a truck parked illegally in handicapped, cursing other customers from the door & screaming like an out right lunatic, beyond me. If I'd of known I could just order from the sidewalk without verifying age and ID I would of just pulled my car up & yelled in as well. Selling to minors is also illegal & I thought a license was required to sell THC based products. But clearly the owners of this store are young inexperienced entrepreneurs who need to go to business school & maybe take some courses on how to handle customers. Go Elsewhere to a shop that is helpful, professional and priced appropriate.. This place will go out of business if they keep talking to customers that way. Report filed w/BBB RESPONSE TO REPLY-I’ve seen and heard enough at that store.. any business that sells to customers who yell in orders from the sidewalk and I was there didn’t check ID & also claimed to be the owner isn’t any place myself or my friends will frequent again. Any employee that screams get the f* out at customers who aren’t blocking the door really is disgusting and super unprofessional at any level!! You don’t act like that if you claim to be the owner and you may not be aware of what’s being sold at your store then. If In fact you are the owner because it was offered & in all honesty I shouldn’t have to defend myself after that experience. Myself & numerous of my family & friends who used to frequent there...

Great experience. Staff are always friendly, merchandise is quality, and any questions you might have regarding your own hardware or the store's products are answered honestly and informatively. Have recieved useful help over the phone for my own hardware problems on many occasions. Staff are knowledgeable and never try to upsell their customers! Shop offers a vast selection of e-juice, vaporizors, and individual parts. 10/10 would shop...

Everyone at this shop is SO nice! I’m new to the vape scene so I’m not sure if their prices are above average (like other reviewers have said) but I just tried to buy a vape at another store (because Vaporland was out of the one I usually get) and the other shop was so rude and unhelpful. I will gladly pay extra at Vaporland for their friendly customer service, expertise, and great selection! Worth every penny to give my money to...
