Starbucks — Restaurant in Lake Stevens

The baristas are always pleasant at the drive up. But, I havent recieved a decent drink in a few months. The refreshner my granddaughter got today was watered down with 1 strawberry in it and a full cup of ice. 2 times now I have gotten the right cup but the wrong drink inside. Pretty ironic. And I hate pumpkin and thats what I got. Already 1/2 way home, not turning back. I have told them, even kept my cup for proof, they look at me like Im crazy. Not a Im sorry or refund or anything. Today I ordered a carmel brulee. No whip cream or candies on top. It tasted like a regular cup of watered down coffee. What happened Frontier. I have kept coming, only because its the only drive thru Starbucks in Lake Stevens but I have been waisting my money...

I would like to start off by saying that I was greatly impressed with the cleanliness and sanitations precautions that the staff took during our visit. I am a daily Starbucks customer and both me and my husband were very satisfied with the overall experience specifically at this location.

I seem to always get Starbucks gift cards and have definitely had their food when others have provided it for me long ago. My son loves the muffins, so that and because it is free is the only reason I ever go. Ever since Howard Shultz, the CEO of Starbucks sold the Seattle SuperSonics to Clay Bennet knowing that he had definite plans to immediately move our team to Oklahoma, and then lied about I have not purchased anything for myself from Starbucks.
