I ordered a ring mold over a month ago on 8/13/24. I paid close to 100. Dollars for this item . It was not packed well and was broken during shipment . I did not receive the item until 9/3/24 . I contacted them the day it arrived broken . It took them days to respond and indicted a replacement was being shipped. As of today 9/17/24 they have not shipped the replacement nor gave they indicated a...
