I rented an outside unit for over one year, i fell behind on my rent but was able to strike a deal with the owner, that was pay 50% of what I owed and move out. When I went to the office the gal informed me that I would need to move everything in one load. I asked about renting a truck and the gal said they do not rent trucks. When you do not have access or keys you are at their mercy. My unit ended up being auctioned off sending me into deep shock as I had thousands of dollars worth of personal items, tools and not one speck of garbage. Met with an associate who insured business would be open on Memorial Day, Which it was not. The attendant that rent me the unit left my drivers license in the copy machine. The next day, when I went to rent the U-Haul from their sister company who also have another storage facility. I had no license to rent it so my day was screwed up from the beginning. Don't understand if an employee who works for company says they wrote you a note on payment being made the following day and it would be no problem. why would you sale off property and when they show up as your employee says they would to pay in full you say to bad. Then when confronted that the employee told you ,they did leave you note on computer,you don't care and said employee will be reprimanded and hang up on customer.
