ALDI — Local services in Lake Township

I've been an ALDI shopper from the late-80s to date after being introduced to the store by a good friend. Only once, made a bad purchase for someone that I had to return, it was simple & quick with no problems at all... that's a very good thing. Really enjoy the ad paper in the store and how you change often to introduce new product frequently while keeping a good Supply of the everyday favorites & necessities.

I'm an older person that does not eat beef and pork there was a time when Smoked Turkey Legs, Turkey Hams, large baged Greens (Mustard & Collards) was available year round... now, not at all, can ALDI please put these items back in the stores and perhaps add more turkey products to your lineup so I don't have to hunt at other stores for that I prefer to shop at one store for all I need an go home. It's not only the most convenient, but, these days it's far a less dangerous outing too.

Last Saturday I was being rude treated for the visit. A lot of people standing in line to wait to get in store. I asked the women who did the arrangement at the front door that “if only one in and one out”. She said yes. Later on, when I got in the store, the security guard came to me said if I said one more thing to the front lady I will be kicked out of the store. I was confused and shock. She said I was not allowed to talk to the front lady like that. I explained to her that I just asked a simple question. What did I do wrong? When I got out the door , I asked the front lady why. The security guard came to me again and said she was going to arrest me and showed the handcuffs. I was shock again and scared, I felt like being threatened and assaulted. I've been shopping at this Aldi for over 10 years and never had an issue until today. I was scanning my food and in the process i was moving the food into the bags. I scanned one item and the placed it inside one bags and then decided to place it inside the other. The register a question and I answered it about the item i scanned. I was then approached by security asking if i had not scanned an item and i told him i moved it from the the bag. Then the cashier came over asked the same question and i told her the same thing and never even look in the bag or the register but walked away and murdered " That is what they all say".
