Worst customer service ever. He takes forever with products. Tried his hardest to ditch you, rejects phone calls from customers, doesn't read emails. First time with working with Dzine's Clothing was fine. The 2nd and 3rd time was a huge failure.
I handed him instructions on how I wanted my shirts to look AND sent an email just in case.
I come back a few days later, on a Tuesday, just to see that he messed up 3 of my shirts. I explained how it was done incorrectly and he decides to talk over me, telling me that I made a mistake.
(REMINDER: My email was detailed and I had everything written on paper.)
He finally decides to remake the shirts. He made a promise to compensate me for the mess up to have them done on that Friday. I come back Friday, at 11:00 AM, since the store opens at 10:30 AM, and I saw that he was there. Once we got to the door, we realized that it was locked.
I proceeded to call the number that was on the window of the store and the number that was on the business card. No answer. I called both numbers twice.
We come back 20 mins later and saw that he left. I sent out a text saying I was at the shop. Of course I received no answer.
The next day, Saturday, I showed up around 11:00 AM with my father. He walked in first and then I walk in behind him. The owner sees me and tells me to wait by raising his finger. Of course he wasn't happy to see my face.
At this point, he didn't realize that the guy in front of me was my dad. He asked my dad if there was anything that he can help him with. My dad told the owner that he was with me and he went to get my order without any question.
As we were checking out, I reminded him about the compensation, because he was going to charge me the full price. He goes to say "we both messed up right?"
Before I could say anything, my dad projected and told him that he should give me the discount he promised to avoid further back and forth and he did.
He agreed to give me 20% off the entire transaction. In addition, he stated, "I'm only doing this because I respect you."
Before changing the price on his iPad, which is what he uses for transactions, he asks US, "what's 20% off 45?"
I didn't know that you could be a business owner and not know how to do math.
We told him it was 9 dollars off, but he just took off ten.
Even though I finally had my shirts, they were not perfect, but I just wanted it to be over with Dzine Clothing store.
I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with Dzine Clothing. Worst place I've ever been to.

For one i ordered trucker hats and got baseball caps I asked why he said my stitching would’ve made the trucker hats look weird. He never contacted me about the changes either. When i went to store i said i needed money back for the changes he then says “you’re not wrong but im not Wrong either” . As i was looking through the clothes he said he needed to wait outside because he is closing up. The man picked up my box and set it outside And locked the store behind him. When i got home he changed a lot more of the things thst i asked. The clothing looks rushed and you can’t read words on clothes. The work is not neat. I requested a refund and he ignored me for almost a week. When i get a response back he told me all sales were final and never mentioned that to me.
