Instock mattress — Local services in Stickney Township

I don’t even know where to begin. I gave one star because I did get a great deal, although I heard from a more reputable mattress store that these little mom and pop stores take regular mattresses and sew/wrap them with brand names. So, I’m not sure if my Stearn & Foster is a real Stearn & Foster. Purchase at your own risk.

After I paid for my mattress, it was downhill quickly from there. They lied constantly about when I’d receive it, canceled delivery several times and their communication was terrible. They never contacted me with an update. I had to call, harass (text constantly, call several times and physically go to the store), and even threaten them with legal action just to get any type of results. In the end, the deal was not worth the stress they caused and my time they wasted. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone....
