BEWARE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! I placed an order for some jeans that was delivered to me after I left to go on a trip. Upon returning the jeans was labeled XXL. However, no parts of me could fit these jeans. I think they were mislabeled. I called the store and was told to return to the manufacturer. I called and emailed to confirm the return address. At NO point did anyone explain their return policy to me. I spoke with Diane that was suppose to return my call with the address. NEVER RECVD A CALL BACK. I called today again and spoke with Casey the store manager. She decides to finally disclose the return policy, and that she texted me at a number that's not mine, and proceeds to tell me she was doing me a favor. She texted a 912 number that isn't my number. She claims that number was on file. My number was in the email, left in messages, and is on their caller id. Then she proceeds to call me a liar by telling me that I'm saying the number is not my number. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Just know that if you order from them you are really taking a risk. As a business owner myself I would have handled this issue differently. It's so important to make sure that your clients are always satisfied. Even if it means you have to accommodate them in ways that you don't normally practice. I came here on Friday, February 7th at 2:30 p.m. I have been wanting to come to this establishment for a very long time and was excited on that day to go there. There was a beautiful fushia flowing silky dress I was prepared to buy for Valentine's Weekend along with a two-piece denim pantsuit I saw online. The selection from the outside looks nice as there is clear glass to see their offerings. There, is an "Open" sign up, lights are on but the doors were locked. The hours on Friday were listed as 12-7 p.m. I rang the bell several times, no answer. I then looked up their number while standing in the cold and called, no answer. I stood there awhile hoping someone would finally come to the door but nothing. I understand that there may be a time that an employee needs to step out but if that's the case, a note should be put on the door to indicate that and when the anticipated return. Read moreToday, I arrived at Culture’s Closet at 11am to a closed store. I checked the times on the door to ensure it was supposed to be open & it was. While standing outside I called several times before heading back to my car. While making a U-turn to head to Lane Bryant I noticed two women attempting to shop at Culture’s Closet but like myself, they could not.
Before leaving the area, I called again, and someone picked up saying they were open. Therefore, I went back. I was buzzed into the store by two employees that were not wearing masks. If employees don’t wear masks when customers aren’t in the store cool. However a mask should be put on before buzzing the person in or just worn. Especially, when signs are present requiring customers to wear a mask. Let’s all be safe together.
