KFC — Restaurant in Lake Township

The store is clean. The app is slow to operate but quite accurate. It said my food would be done in 5 minutes and it was precise. This was my first kfc experience in the last 8 years and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Kfc doesn't win any awards for flavor as we all know and that's why Popeyes stays in business despite most Popeyes being notoriously hit or miss with quality, safety, and cleanliness. I ordered a pot pie and a spicy chicken sandwich so your experience may vary. Most annoying bit was they wouldn't give me my food thru the drive thru even though I was the only customer ordering from them. The food was pretty hot evenly indicating it was cooked somewhat to order and not just kept warm under heat lamps. I wished kfc and Popeyes would switch places because for some reason KFC just does everything better as a franchise other than the most important bit which is making flavor packed chicken. Both items were not great . There was bone in my pot pie and the chicken sandwich was dry but it was at least cooked throughout and the breading wasn't soaked like it was sitting in excess oil. Sadly I can't say it was good value for the price and neither is Popeyes . For some reason both brands think their gmo chicken is worth $2.50 a piece all of a sudden when they gotta try to compete with Chick-fil-A and raising cane's at that...

I worked at this location for a week, was released because I called off for an family emergency.....then I returned to pickup my check today and was told the GM wasn't there so I asked the Supervisor (Diego) for my check He acted as though he was looking for it then came back and said he couldn't find it and would call the GM( Remy) he went in the office then came out and proceeded to lie to me that Pay Day had been changed to Tues.27th when in fact Payday is Bi-Weekly Mondays, meaning my check has been here since the Monday.19th I find this to be very unpleasant and unprofessional behavior and so I have filled a complaint with KFC Corporate Office and will file with Department of Labor also So good luck to any guest of this Store 6046...

The service is terrible.

I told them I had a pickup order and they said it wasn’t ready and I needed to come in. There were 0 cars in the lot and nobody in front or behind me in the drive through. I asked them if I could stay and wait and before the gentleman could even say anything, another lady comes on in an aggressive voice that I need to come inside.

It takes me less than 30 seconds to park and get in for them to give me a bag with my order.

Funny enough, I actually catch back up to traffic and seeing the same cars after I was out. Ridiculous. Don’t come here.

There’s plenty more restaurants in the area.

Try El Patron or Jibaritos y más just slightly...
