I had two of my wife's watches brought in to Armen's Jewelry. One watch needed a battery replacement, while the other just needed resizing by having some links removed.
The gentleman who attended to me was courteous and adept in his work. Since these were ladies' watches however, everything about them was smaller - smaller back case, smaller links. I thought that he might end up having issues with removing some of the links because of the very tiny pins; however, he had no problems and was so efficient and completed the job sooner than expected, that I (regrettably) didn't have a chance to formally ask for his name - although I believe he is the store's namesake.
