I had a wonderful experience at Raaz. I was in a pickle having to find a dress for a family wedding (that was in 2 weeks!!), and came across them at a bazaar at a convention. They had the most beautiful outfit on display. I LOVED the beadwork and intricacy of the embellishments. Very clear that it was very high quality—all the pieces on display. Shaheen let me try on this beautiful dress—something that the great majority of the stalls at the convention (ISNA convention) did not let you do. She took photos of me to make sure I liked the dress both in person and on camera. After I paid for the dress, she told me the price included tailoring, as the top was a bit loose (I didn’t try on the pants at the time, as I was a bit tired having tried looking for dresses for hours). Custom tailoring! At a bazaar booth. I’ve never heard of such a thing, normally you buy a dress at a booth and take it home and have it tailored yourself, but here, she measured me right then and there for the tailoring. She told me I could stop by the store in Devon for the piece after tailoring was complete in, like, 2 days. 2 days. Who gets tailoring done in 2 days?? I’ve gotten stuff tailored before and it was weeks until I could see the final product and weeks more if there any other tweaks to be made. Shaheen was a pro, and I made it back to the shop to try on the outfit. The tailoring is exquisite! The top was perfectly fit. There was a cutout design in the back of the top which I wanted covered which she did! I didn’t try the full dress on before. So, I tried the full pants and the pants (which I initially didn’t get tailored bc I didn’t try it on and therefore didn’t know it was loose) were too long for me. I said that it would be fine, but she tailored the pants as well, and that, too was ready in a couple of days! I felt so bad that I had her address the tailoring for my outfit twice I tried to pay extra but she said the cost of the dress included the tailoring. Shaheen was very sweet. Communication was very rapid and smooth and through personal text! The shop has a really beautiful selection of high quality pieces and a staff that exceeds the beauty of the pieces. mA. DO NOT use this company!!

I had a horrible experience with them in preparation for a wedding, causing significant stress.

Simply put once the owner -Ghazala has your payment all the promises that she makes to get your order with her are NOT relevant.

I ordered tailor made kurtas, which I specifically went to the store for in house measurements and they were grossly off.

In communicating with the owner prior to my order, our expectations were clearly stated, and she assured us that the quality and craftmanship would be above standards. Prices of items were agreed upon and she stood by her quality.

Unfortunately, when I received the items, they were ready made and not at all custom tailored. For example, the sleeves were too long and very loose and see through. When I sent her pictures, she responded right away with an alternative kurta that she stated was supposed to be of better quality, however it was not and covered in sequins-which was not the style I had wanted.

I did not wear either of the pieces she sent and when I tried to express my dissatisfaction, she took it personally as an attack rather than constructive feedback.

In addition, she didn't acknowledge the mistakes made and tried to defend herself by saying "tailored clothes require slight modifications once received.

This was significantly more than a slight measurement issue which she never addressed or acknowledged.

Simply put they DO NOT know how to take proper measurements, they are not getting their clothes manufactured from reputable tailors and worst of all they are cutting corners on quality.

Ghazala the owner, will not acknowledge or fix any problems you have, but will send you multiple texts to defend her actions.

Bottom line you will spend a lot of money and have a lot of un-needed aggravation. Save yourself a huge headache and frustration and do not go with her company for custom...

I rarely leave reviews, but I simply have to share my outstanding experience at Raaz. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew this wasn't just another clothing store—it's a truly curated shopping destination.

The fabrics are luxurious, the cuts are flattering, and the entire aesthetic speaks of quiet sophistication. I walked in looking for one item and left with three.

What elevated the experience from great to truly exceptional was the world-class service. The staff, particularly Ghazala,the owner, was genuinely warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable without ever being pushy. They listened carefully to what I was looking for, offered insightful styling advice, and pulled pieces that I wouldn't have thought to try but ended up loving. It felt less like a transaction and more like a personal styling session. They were patient while I tried on multiple items and made the entire process feel effortless and enjoyable. The attention to detail, even down to the packaging, was fantastic.

In short: If you value quality, unique design, and truly superior customer service, you must visit Raaz Inc. It is a breath of fresh air and I am genuinely thrilled with my purchases and the entire experience.

Five stars is not enough! I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
