Extremely disappointing experience. We came all the way from Houston but experienced the worst. We purchased two abayas on Saturday and were told to return on Monday for the alterations to be completed. However, when we went back today, it was clear that the tailor had just started the alterations. It’s hard to believe that they couldn’t finish two abayas in 48 hours, especially given the low customer traffic at the store. Me and my mother were here a few days ago. One young lady was super helpful but there was another lady who kept huffing under her breath, would not big us space, and was very snappy. They have absolutely beautiful things but she spoiled the experience....
