I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this store, and I must say, it was an absolute letdown. From the moment I walked through the doors, my hopes for a pleasant shopping experience quickly vanished.

First and foremost, the staff at this store seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Despite my attempts to seek assistance and clarification about certain products, the employees appeared indifferent and lacked basic knowledge about their own inventory. Their lack of expertise left me feeling frustrated and abandoned.

I purchased a product, which when I bought they promised me if I didn’t like they would take it back, they sold me a bad quality product and told me it was the “best”. I changed my mind and came back to the store wanting to exchange for a better product (the original product was still in the box), instead of backing up their promise they made when selling me the original product, the staff was extremely rude to me, I felt disrespected, and they would also not exchange the product!

Furthermore, the overall organization and layout of the store were chaotic. The shelves were poorly stocked and disheveled, making it difficult to locate the items I needed. The lack of proper signage and categorization only added to the confusion and wasted my time, forcing me to navigate through aisles aimlessly.

To make matters worse, the quality of the products at the store was questionable at best. The items on display seemed outdated and worn, giving the impression that the store was trying to offload old inventory onto unsuspecting customers. When I expressed my concerns about the condition of a particular item (they sold me a bad item saying it was the best), the staff brushed me off with empty promises of it being a "good deal." I felt deceived and undervalued as a customer.

It was clear that the store was attempting to profit from customers' lack of awareness and desperation for goods (especially indian items).

In addition to the disappointing products and unhelpful staff, the checkout process was an absolute nightmare. It took an unreasonable amount of time to complete my purchase, adding unnecessary frustration to an already unpleasant experience.

Overall, my visit was nothing short of a disaster. From the disinterested staff to the poor organization and low-quality products, every aspect of my experience left much to be desired. I would strongly advise against wasting your time and money at this establishment, as there are undoubtedly better options available that value their customers and offer superior products...
