Infact I had gone to another place that was supposedly cheaper tabarruj down the street (don’t waste your time anywhere else than Bejee) and going to Tabarruj was big mistake. Tabarruj ruined my Sarees. Tabarruj Over Charged for every tiny thing and when I said I was dissatisfied the ladies made very condescending faces, and yelled at me pointing at me screaming that I was a liar. It was Deplorable treatment of a customer. It was dishonest. So I took my Sarees which they refused initially to give back to me. I said I would call the police since they were refusing to give them back. They threatened to have me sued. I mean It didn’t show that they even know how that system is supposed to work. Comically they told me everything would be ready by 8 and by 840pm they were all lounging eating their dinner in the middle of the store for everyone to see them get their hands dirty while handling delicate clothing. My items not only were in prepared they were sprawled all over work table. They insisted it was ready when it clearly wasn’t. When I saw they ruined my Sarees they blamed me and said you told us to make it this way. This wasn’t a misunderstanding this was clear incompetence and exploitation. Don’t ever go to Tabarruj!!!

So on to Bejee. I still needed my Sarees salvaged. I walk into Kirans store and she is just the epitome of a Good Samaritan. She didn’t charge me for salvaging the awful work of the other store. She was so positive and said Oh this will be done quite quickly (while the other place told me to wait over two hours) it was done quite quickly and not only was it done but she threw in steaming of my Sarees gave me a great rate on forward business she had her ladies properly package the finished product ready for me to fly out of chciago with. She did this All while calming me down from the previous traumatic experience of Tabarruj. She’s truly skilled at handling the psychology of customers. Kiran stayed past hours to make me happy. And she owed me nothing really. And sure enough she will have my repeat business and this will go down in the history books as an exceptional experience and a clear example of what works in business and what’s crooked.

I would highly recommend Bejee Collection!! They have the latest fashion, and all the latest styles!! Not only that but I’m highly impressed by their customer service. They are amazing to work with, everybody there really understands The importance of customer relationship And provide the best service. I had been to Devon multiple times trying to look for my perfect bridal outfits. Most popular stores kept telling me our shipment didn’t come and kept telling to come back next week or next month which is really hard when you’re out of Town 5 hours away. Not only that but it’s so frustrating especially when you come the day they tell you to come but they don’t have anything to show you.

Finally ended up going to Bejee to see what they had and they literally had bunch of new style bridal outfits to show me and worked with me according to my budget and timeline. Huriya and Shazia are seriously the BEST!!!. I honestly can’t thank them enough for making my bridal outfit perfect!! Every little detail from finishing to sizing was on point! They stayed extra couple hours after the store closing to make sure they could accommodate me and gave me the best bridal outfit as they knew I wouldn’t be able to keep coming back being from out of town. I highly appreciated that and would certainly recommend to everybody who’s looking not just for bridal outfit but any other desi outfits to check them out! You will find something for everybody there. I ended up getting my Mehandi outfit as well as my sisters outfit from there.

There are stores at Devon that will tell you they’re selling you the brand-name but literally will give you cheapest quality and treat you so bad without any respect! Please save yourself from being humiliated and avoid those stores! Go to Bejee!! You will find the best quality of dresses with unique quality work in their clothes. when you’re spending this much money you want to make sure you’re buying it from the store that has a really good customer service and they honestly have mastered...

One thing you should know about Bejee’s: they have your Dream Wedding Dress for any price range. They’re the most kind people I’ve met during my Nikkah and Reception Shopping. All the other stores I’ve been to looking for dresses, said they don’t carry plus sized dresses or they’re not willing to bargain. I’m from Atlanta and travelled to Chicago for a weekend, I didn’t have a lot of time to even wait for alteration. Kiran Bajee and Momnah Bajee worked very hard to alter my nikkah dress within 1 day and got me the perfect fitting dress. I got an insane amount of compliments at my Nikkah, it gave my body a nice shape. Next, we requested them to customize my reception dress and here I am today writing this review while I wait for them to pack it up. The dress is a 100% perfect fit, they did a fabulous job. They worked so much on every single detail that I don’t have any words to describe how I’m feeling now.

Even if you’re worried about a price range, or your size, color, literally anything, you should come check out Bejee’s. They’re gonna pour their heart out for you to find you what you’re looking for. There’s lots of street parking, and I mention that because my husband always stresses about the parking. Here, you have nothing to worry about!

My dad was really sick when we came here for my nikkah outfit shopping. They were so sweet to him, let him sit and rest. He actually chose my dresses.
