I’ve been coming here since opening & eat here religiously since, multiple times/month sometimes even weekly. Tonight, we found very short fine hair in our food. We let our waiter know, he took the plate & ~15m later brought back what we assumed to be a fresh batch. We were initially surprised when the wings weren’t that hot as they’re normally steaming to the point we have to let them sit for a while before digging in. I mentioned to my husband almost jokingly “it’s like they brought back the same batch”. I didn’t have a good feeling about it but kept attempting to somewhat eat them as I thought there’s NO WAY they’d do that. I thought higher of them than that, the fact that we’re regulars, but moreso THIS IS A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. Lo and behold, we finally came across ONE steaming hot wing; this confirmed my suspicions. When I attempted to discreetly find out who the owner/manager was I began to explain to him the situation. Before I could finish, he let me know he was aware they were “making ONE WING back there” so he confirmed my thought. He defended this practice, and FULLY AWARE. I explained to him one the entire dish could have had additional hairs or the food was cooked w it already in there. It seemed to have been in the onion mix that is used as topping. Secondly, how could the cook have known which wing to replace seeing as I had already moved the hair and topping to the side. He had no apology nor remorse for how the kitchen handled this and still stood by the action of only replacing ONE WING vs the entire plate. I was appalled how one could run a restaurant defending these practices. When I asked if he was just the manager or the owner, he very nastily replied “why I already told you I’m the manager WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU”. I told him I need the owners contact to make him aware of this situation as it was poorly handled. He told me “for what I already took care of it” all he did was begrudgingly take off the charge for the wings. This was after attempting the bring me wings for a 3rd time I told him I’m done eating there. I now write this otw home to untangle the hair which is currently wrapped in the back of my uvula. A health code violation was immediately filed w the county in the parking lot. And if the owner sees this and is wondering why, they can thank their manager, or perhaps themselves if they trained their staff to follow these practices. UNSANITARY &...

Went today with my family. At first we just want to order the drinks, the waiter gives us two different menu. When we finish ordering the drinks, the waiter said why don’t you don’t look at the menu? What are you waiting for? I was like why the waiter talking to the customer like this? Ok, I look at the menu and order the food to share with my family, at that time we don’t really hungry, I saw the waiter so weird to look at us. And then the lady make my daughter drink totally wrong, she ordered the classic milk tea with the popping strawberry boba. The lady gives her the brown sugar milk tea with the black boba. And then I took the wrong one to the bar and asked the lady make it right. Ten minutes over, our food almost finished eating, the drink didn’t coming. Even the customer come after then us, they already get the drink. After the drink finally comes, it get wrong again! The topping was wrong, not the jelly! Is the strawberry popping boba. When I asked the waiter, he was so confused and give us another add on side popping boba and the Togo box??without apologize and rude. The order was wrong again, he gives us the mango popping. My daughter said that’s ok. And the food was only thing good, we want to order one more meal, we wait for about 15 minutes, it didn’t coming. And the waiter said, are you ready to paid? The food doesn’t come and the order keep making wrong!!! And I ask him to make the order, he said, I thought you want a box. It was so weird now. I asking him to making my order, and then 10 more minutes past, foods still not coming. the lady coming for check on us. I totally enough and just want to get the check and go! The wrong drink still charge me the price and the add on item. I understand drink already made, it is okay for me. But we never ever...

Went here for the first time after the change of name to Dalat town and it was wonderful . Atmosphere was laid back . Service was fast and friendly . We ordered the Vietnamese beef stew (Bo Kho) , pho , mi xao don hai San (crispy egg noodle seafood) and bun bo hue . The pho was a bit to the lighter side , it was too bland for me and the color of the broth is clear but I didn't taste the beef bone in it . I added a spoonful of fish sauce and it tasted a lot better . Bo Kho was light in color and didn't have enough flavor but they are not cheap in their meat cuts . It was full of tendon which was the best .Im use to bo Kho being thick and rich in flavor and dark in color . Crispy seafood noodle was ok. But let's talk about the Bun Bo Hue ... this is the BEST BUN BO HUE I've ever had at any restaurant .. it was full of flavor . I love that I can smell and taste the lemon grass in the broth . The broth was perfect! But the noodle was very broken in small pieces . But that's ok , the flavor and taste of the broth made it up . It had tendon in it as well and they were generous with the toppings :) wished they had quyet heo in the bun bo hue tho . Overall my family and I are very very happy that we have found a decent Vietnamese restaurant near by that we can go to . I highly recommend this place . We will be back and we can't wait to try more dishes on...
