My 11 year old son went in today to buy a new Pokémon game with some pocket he has been saving (some of which was change) he was in the store for 45 minutes after being pushed to the side because they "didn't have time to count his money".... completely unprofessional, "Shawn" or "sean" (don't know which way he spells it) who is the manager is the one who did this to him. Kid is 11 years old and was so excited that he saved his own money to get this game by himself. You all should be ashamed, you are grown men who work in a video game store, you should expect some kids to come in and buy a game with sometimes some coins. You should be accommodating and let these kids enjoy this. So what you have to count some quarters. No wonder game stop is going down. I won't let him purchase here again. Amazon or best buy it is...

We went in at the end of the night. Unfortunately that is not the best time to go to a game store. The staff was very helpful, however the cashier seemed a little pushy and would not take no for an answer it seemed. Their tone changed when I told them I was going to leave without buying anything if asked again. Then they were still in such a rush they could hardly find the game I was trying to purchase (even had to remind them which gaming system the game was for, smh). Over all though they had a great selection and more. We ended up buying way more than we intended to and will surely be going back to the store for more. We WILL definitely not being going to the same cashier...

Came to pick up some new joy cons for our switch at 8:45. Quickly grabbed the box and got in line. Only 1 person working and spent 25 minutes talking to the only other family in the store. She obviously would have seen we are standing in line with just the box for the joy cons and said nothing. After 25 minutes of waiting in line, was told they have absolutely no joy cons and all the boxes are for display only. Would have been nice to know before i waited 25 minutes and you saw us with just the joy cons waiting to check out. There were no signs or anything indicating the joy cons were out of stock. Terrible...
