Spencer's — Local services in Lakeland

I’ve been to multiple Spencer’s and never been treated like this and from reading the other reviews this is a common occurrence for this location as soon as we walked in every employee decided to give us dirty looks no matter how much we smiled at them they were extremely rude and than continuously followed us around the store making the shop extremely uncomfortable even though there were multiple other customers in the store making it incredibly obvious we were being singled out every-time we turned around an employee was staring at us or peeking around the corner watching us it was extremely rude and belittling and as a manager seeing the manager of this store basically encourage and participate in this childish bully behavior is unacceptable and needs to be handled as I will be...

Just wanted to leave a quick review because I was so happy with the help I received! I recently got a nose piercing and needed help finding a good ring to switch out my stud—I am still pretty ignorant about this stuff and I think they could tell haha. The person (named L) helping us was SO helpful and patient—especially considering that it was fairly busy and only about 15 minutes before closing (which I didn’t even realize at the time.) They followed us around and made it incredibly obvious that they were judging us. They rolled their eyes, and whispered while they had every floor worker keeping their eyes on us. There was a lot of people in the store, as well as trying to check out and they chose to have everyone follow us instead of cashier and do their jobs. It was extremely embarrassing and triggered my social anxiety.
