My husband was going to eat at Chick-fil-A in the mail for his birthday but the line was long. We grabbed grilled chicken sandwiches here, with fries and shakes. I think they have Chick-fil-A beat on taste and they were fast, friendly and we probably spent less for more food. We couldn't even finish the fries we were so stuffed and they were good fries. My chocolate shake is one of my favorites. Most restaurants do vanilla ice cream with chocolate flavoring so yo still taste the vanilla. Theirs was awesome. Cold, not too thick, no vanilla, a a light chocolate flavor that wasn't too much at the end of the meal but perfectly satisfied my sweet tooth and my chocolate craving while cooling me right off. My first and last time there I ordered a Doritos smashburger that was the only reason why I stopped. The guy taking my order put in the wrong order in he rung up an onion rings smashburger and then when I went to get the food and told him about the mistake he told me that that's what I ordered and that they're basically the same Burger. Never tried to fix the problem. I will never eat there again. Your food may be good your customer service sucks. If you pay almost 15 bucks for a burger you should get what you paid for I will never be back and I hope this doesn't happen to any...

I wanted to love this restaurant but my first experience was poor.

Ordered online essentially 2 combo meals and a hot dog. They said they were out of hot dogs, which is fine. We agreed to replace the hot dog with another burger.

When the food arrived, I was missing 1 entire combo. I’m assuming the person in charge didn’t take the time to review how much I ordered.
