Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Lakeland

I have heard many things about Chick-fil-A but we do not have one near us so I have never had the opportunity to eat at one. I have seen the commercials for Chick-fil-A and I was looking for the basket of Army men, I couldn't find it. My friend and I walked in and were like a couple of deers caught in the glare of headlights. We were called to the counter and we informed the cashier that we had never been to Chick-fil-A and were not sure of what they had to offer etc. This young man took his time and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions about the menu. I’m not sure if there is a shortage/foodreplacement with this location but I was extremely disappointed on my chicken sandwich on my last visit. My chicken sandwich was so thin and tasteless! I tried to voice my concern to the employee and she switched mine out for something identical! I never had this issue on any other locations!

The customer service and food is usually spectacular at Chick-fil-A but today I left still hungry after paying almost $20 for my meal. I could’ve ordered a pizza and would of been happier!

In food court of mall.on August 21 at 638pm while shopping for school shoes; we ate out supper here. Always had a person in line we had the biggest order at this particular time. Oder was rang up perfect. Tables infront of shop was all clean with flowers. The manager told us he would bring out to us while other lady brought out drinks.
