Ordered a jacket on Wednesday. Needed the sleeves lengthened. No problem, they do alterations on site. Was told it would be ready Thursday. Came on Friday to pick up, nothing was done. Sitting and waiting here while they do the alterations for almost 45 minutes. Terrible service. Will go...
