I was in the store and requested help from a woman who works there. She treated me with such attitude, saying that she is a part time worker and cant help me. She cant get me any items I need, she cant help me choose something, she cant wrap my items, etc. There is a way that costumer service talks to costumers and this is not ok. I am very turned off and would not come back here. There are many stores of this caliber in Lakewood and I liked this one in particular but I will not be able to return after such rude service. While in the store, I saw her discouraging other costumers from making purchases as well. Everyone looked...

The store manager agreed with me that there was indeed a problem, but the owner of the business did not agree to refund the money for the defective...

As a man who feels completely at home in Home Depot but totally lost in a gift shop, Glitz Lakewood did not disappoint. Abi showed me around and gave me great options. I probably drove him a bit meshuga, but he still served me with a smile. Overall, it was a great experience!
