What a joke this company is. I made an order in Feb of this year for the upcoming holiday season knowing the item wouldn't ship til later in the year. About a wk or 2 ago I emailed asking if the items would still be shipped. No response so I checked the site. Seen the order was due to ship soon so I let it be. I normally check reviews before purchasing but this time I didn't. So I decided to check. Was not impressed so I decided to cancel my order which had 2 items,the ones I referred to in my email so of course I stated orders. They responded saying orders are due to ship soon. Ok fine. Didnt give me a chance to respond to first email perhaps changing my mind to not cancel. Tell me why this company took it upon themselves to cancel my other pending order which btw shipped,well by their standards it shipped when actuality it didn't ship. Oh and this said item was canceled from amazon a month ago when it shipped also. Not a company you want to buy from. This is actually a blessing in disguise. Read moreOrdered a Christmas gift on December 7th got a email confirmation with a shipping notice on December the 8th. I waited till Tuesday the 13th to check the tracking number and there was no information after first scan. Called the Lijo Decor company was told they had no idea what happened but would get back to me, they did and said they still had no idea what happened to the package but when the got the next shipment of the item (now now no longer had it stock and could possibly but would not promise they would receive more by no later then Tuesday December 20th. Called on the 20th to see if I needed a alternative gift put on hold and the told no need they shipped it that day two day shipping and would arrive by o later then Friday the 23rd of December. Right, Sure it would its now December the 26th and all I have to show for a collectable Christmas gift is no gift and a $55.66 charge to my credit card!!!! would have rated less then 1 star but you can't. Then a week later I get an email that says they won't have my item in stock for another 5 months but they have gone ahead and charged my card so that "the payment won't disappear from our system". What? You won't have the item for another 5 months and you just went ahead and charged my card anyway? I requested immediate cancellation of my item and an immediate credit. I think this is a scam to get money for products they don't even have. If I don't get the credit I will have to call my charge card issuer.
