My mother in-law bought us an entire set for our son. It took about a month for it to get here but I wasnât too upset about that because it did say on their website that it could take a while due to COVID-19. I was however upset about the fact that they refused to help my husband carry it up to the 2nd floor of our apartment. I wasnât able to help him because I just had our baby and am not allowed to lift anything over 20lbs due to complications during my pregnancy that could cause me to hemorrhage easier than others that didnât experience complications so he had to carry the entire bedroom set upstairs by himself. Apparently itâs, âNot their jobâ to carry stuff upstairs. So they left it outside on the first floor for my husband to carry by himself. These items come already put together which is convenient if you have help to carry it. He had to carry two HUGE boxes up the stairs and my husband isnât weak by any means. He was a combat engineer in the Marines and I am a Marine as well. The boxes were probably around 130lbs and very bulky so it was difficult for him to maneuver them up the stairs. On top of that it was raining when they arrived so everything got wet. He also had to take everything apart and bring it in in pieces because he had to slide the boxes due to their size and it would scratch up our floors. Not good service at all.    Read moreThis was a total debacle. Ordered a car seat off their website. Received an order confirmation email. Waited 6 days for shipping info. Emailed their customer service email after 3 days (no response). Tried calling 4 days later (nobody answered). 6 days later, tried customer service again and was told they don't have the product (why was I able to order it then?) and there's "a banner on their website stating orders will be processed 6 days later." So many issues. First off, you shouldn't be able to have items available on your site that you don't actually have available. Secondly, someone should be manning your customer service email and phone lines. Thirdly, your order confirmation emails should include info if you're not going to process orders much less ship them for a week. Lastly, guy on the customer service line wasn't helpful or even apologetic. Definitely didn't seem to care whatsoever. In short, we couldn't bring the stroller to my sister's baby shower to surprise her. We followed up to find out that they simply never sent the replacement and they didn't even know when I could get it. Although we understood everything as things can always happen, one of the guys we were in communication with abruptly hung up on me several times basically saying 'he was too busy to fix the problem so he had no time to talk to me.' I've decided to place an order with this company instead of an official Bugaboo website based on the good Google reviews here, so I felt the need to write my experience as well to make sure anyone like me in the future is aware of what to expect.
