Absolutely appalled. I have been in TWO TIMES this week and dealt with the same employee, a grey haired man, whom another female employee directed me to, referring to him as the "silver fox". Regardless of the humor, as soon as I went to discuss the details of the suits my partner and I would need for my party and the other details involved, he promptly started busying himself arranging boxes around the store, seemingly disinterested in my questions and requests for assistance (even though we had made an appointment for this meeting days before)! Throughout both of my experiences in this store, this employee (who seemed to possibly be one of the mangers, which is extremely disappointing) has consistently presented himself as astoundingly passive and also acted like he had better things to do than help my partner and I ; this includes the first time we visited the store, in which we waited 30 min after putting our names on the in-store wait list to be helped and were essentially turned away and told to come back with an appointment (which we made and were still treated with the same attitude). I have used Men's Warehouse a handful of times before at other locations for funerals and personal parties (specifically the stores in Park Meadows and Colorado Mills), which is the reason I returned. However, I am not sure I want to use this company again after the previous encounters I experienced at the Littleton location this week. I would like to note, I also dealt with a younger man with short hair and he was extremely courteous and helpful, however, we were assigned the older gentleman, and he did not seem to care whether we were taken care of on our special day or not. I really hope this store cleans up its act as I will be taking my business elsewhere if this this...
Read moreNot super impressed with the level of "customer service" I received while shopping with my 17 year old son for a tux rental for prom. We were treated like cattle and shuttled through the process of "fill out this form" and then come over to this section to do the rental. In the middle of everything the person helping us got off of his shift and just kind of said goodbye to the other staff members but said nothing to us. Another young man came over and was very by the book, asking yes or no type questions and pointed at the diagram - "what kind of tux do you want" - to a 17 year old that has never worn one in his life. We came in 2 weeks before prom and we were assured that was more than enough time to place the order, etc. We went in this week to pick it up for THIS Saturday. He was told to try it on and no one ever came over to check on him, did it fit? not fit? I finally told him pack it up in the bag and lets go. We were stopped on our way out by the older gentleman who asked "well, did it work?" - and then proceeded to tell us that we were "late" in picking it up for prom on May 7th, to which we told him, no we are not. We reserved it for that date and wrote it on the ticket as the event date, he proceeded to say 'well, if I would have noticed that earlier I would have just sent it back because you are late picking it up, you should have been here last week". Not sure what he was getting at besides degrading us in front of another customer who was shopping as well as making my sons first experience suit shopping a nightmare. This is not the same place that took fabulous care of my entire bridal party 20 years ago that's for sure. Felt like we were more of a bother than anything else. Once I return the TUX, we wont be back. We will go...

I am the groom of my wedding. I was measured/fitted months before my wedding, and didn't find out until 1-week before that the sizes offered for rental don't even match my measurements. Everything was 1-2 sizes too big/loose, and I was told that unfortunately, everything I was provided was the smallest they offered. If I was measured and fitted months ago, then why wasn't I told then that the suit doesn't come in a size that actually fits me? Also, the sleeves had a ridiculously large (and very purposeful) hole that exposed my entire forearm- I iterally don;t know what this is... I'm supposed to "love the way I look" when I leave here, but I have never felt so ashamed/embarrassed by how I look until I saw the suit I was given- I genuinely hated it. I ended up going through Generation Tux who was able to provide a much better/actually fitted suit, in a much faster turnaround time. Unfortunately, my bachelor party also rented from here, or I would have had it all handled by Generation Tux.
I did not feel taken care of in the slightest at Men's Warehouse, I was just another sloppy measurement to get more money from. I will never come back here, I will recommend anyone I know to avoid Men's Warehouse. Had it not been for a much better plan B, this would have single-handedly ruined my wedding. In the end, despite my return, I still had to pay $20 for shipping/etc. Thanks a lot for nothing, and for still finding a way to take my money for doing nothing but waste my time...
