My boyfriend and I are both Filipino and loves Korean food. We always try different kinds of Korean restaurants. The food here is great! The reason why I only gave 3 stars is because of their customer service. They were nice at first but their good customer service ended when they got finished giving all the meat and side dishes to us. we’re familiar to Korean bbq for a lot of years now, we know how to grill our bbq and the side dishes called so that gave them an impression that we didn’t need help in cooking it unlike any other people there. but I have noticed when we’re almost done eating, I just realized that they were not attentive to us, unlike to the other customers (which are white and Korean)they were always asking others and the table just beside us how’s everything going and if they need anything but they never came to us and ask. I only asked for 3 times to refill side dishes and meat but we felt like they were irritated. I just hope next time they will have fair treatment to everyone whatever their race are. Moreover my boyfriend still decided to tip them 20% of our bill because the food is really good. But we’ll never come back again and will never recommend the place. Great food can only fix so much when it comes to unfair treatment and...

WORST AND I MEAN WORST costumer service ever. I go in and place an order to go for my mother, fiancé, and I for lunch . I HAVE NEVER been so discriminated against, Just because I don't look Korean doesn't mean I don't know how to order their food. I wasn't greeted when I walked in the door, I got starred at like I was some sort of animal, as I was placing my order to their surprise I ordered everything that I wanted without look at their menu and I said what I wanted correctly, the lady proceeded to give me attitude. As she was ringing out my order one of the items that I ordered wasn't priced correctly, so I asked her why there was a $10 price difference on the item that I ordered that the menu stated something totally different, so I asked her to take that item off and I ordered something else. She acted like I just ruined her whole day but changing one of my items that I ordered. She acted like I was the biggest inconvenience of her life. To top it off their food is horrible. A little surprise for them, don't judge a book by its cover. I'm quarter Korean myself and I was raised on their food. I know for a fact if I were to go in with my Korean grandmother I wouldn't have had all the issues that...

Terrible, terrible food poisoning!!! From shrimp. We are a repeat customer, our favorites have always been the brisket and the marinated beef. We used to love coming here. On Sunday, my husband and I ate the all you can eat special. We both ate the same foods, but my husband is allergic to shrimp. He didn't have shrimp , and I did have shrimp. Monday I had terrible, terrible food poisoning. Severe, painful stomach cramps and violent vomiting and diarrhea. This went on for a couple hours. We don't normally eat out. We like stopping here to eat once a year, when traveling north. We were on our way from Westport, where we live to go to a concert in Seattle. All food we consume is prepared at our house. We didn't eat out anywhere else. So the shrimp caused this for sure. Today, Tuesday I finally feel all better. I called the restaurant. I told them how the shrimp made me sick, asked for reimbursement for my meal, not my husband's as he had no trouble. They said no. I thought it was a reasonable request, considering the pain I went through. I shouldn't pay to get food poisoning. They asked if I went to the hospital, I did not. I will not be returning ever again....

Bottom line up front: tasty, flavorful food and definitely worth a try, but considering the price point, it will not be a regular stop for me. This was the first time we have ever been here before. I went with a group of a total of nine of us from work for lunch. I'll say considering the size of our group, our food did not take as long as I thought it would to come out, and they did a pretty good job of bringing it all out at the same time. The prices were definitely on the higher side of competitive normal prices considering our oversaturated market of restaurant selections in this area. I got the hot pot bulgogi and really enjoyed it once it was cool enough to eat and added some sriracha. There was a wide variety of foods purchased in our group, not one dish was ordered twice, and nobody had any complaints. I thought the quality, flavor and portion sizes of the food was very good. Definitely not the cleanest restaurant I've been in, but I wouldn't go so far as to call it dirty either. All of the little dishes of sides that they brought out were great, I liked the variety. I would give it between 3.5-3.7 out of 5

Honestly went here with high expectations. I was very surprised with my experience over all. The service we, my wife and son were with me, had was very bad. The customers on both sides of us had great service but I had to constantly wave someone over for anything. People who were seated next to us but after us ordered prior to us. Over all the service was very bad. It may be a one off and I get that but wow. The food…. My pork was a mixed bag. My first three bites were wonderful the a large portion of the pork was not cooked well. It was not raw but soft and squishy while the properly cooked pieces tasted Smokey and like it came off a grill. With the proper amount of char to give texture without charcoal taste. I would give my food experience a 3 star as would my wife and son. The service was a one star which is why I made the over all a 2 star. I am sad to say this because my wife and I live close and I was looking forward to another good Korean restaurant to choose from.

Korean really isn't my thing but my wife and friends wanted to come here for lunch so here I am. I ordered teriyaki chicken and everyone else ordered the 60-minute all you can eat lunch deal. My food came to the table and at that point I was pretty much ignored from there on. The chicken was good but I ran out of sauce and couldn't get a server to bring more. Their food was plentiful and continuous and it looked good, but like I said, Korean isn't my thing. I went to the bathroom and it reminded me of an interstate gas station in both appearance and smell. Good thing my shoes were laced tight or I would have lost them. Every step sounded like pulling velcro apart. I don't think I'll be back any time soon.
