Hi Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Lakewood

When you walk in: The colors are inviting. The music and placement of chairs and tables are friendly and open. The lighting is great and the decorations are cute and aesthetically pleasing. When you order: The staff are patient and ensure your order is correct before proceeding with any final purchase. The menus are easy to read and the order process is simple. If you are a first time customer and are confused- do not worry, they'll guide you through the steps. (NOTE- before end of purchase show stamp card) After placing order: Wait time isnt usually very long. When your order is complete they'll announce your order and place it on a tray or hand it directly to you (if not busy). As you wait, take a seat and enjoy the fun and friendly music they provide.

-Notes- Great for a gathering with friends or a small date. Great place for small family get together. Great place to try a variety of bubble teas. Its fun to try something new! The only thing they dont have on the menu is popping. There are many different flavors and style of beverage, jellies, and boba crystals. Recommend getting a stamp card. Place is clean and neat. Workers are hygienic. There is a public bathroom. Parking is tight closer to the building but there is plenty of parking in the middle of the plaza. Its easy to pass the entrance of the plaza itself if theres high traffic. I recommend taking it slow as you approach. Drive safe!

I always finish my drink so fast- ill post pictures and maybe a quick video next time. This is all I can think of for the review. But I love this place! Beginner Boba customers highly recommend this place for you! Expert Boba lovers I highly recommend- sad no...

I ordered a crysenthmum tea with herbal jelly(I don't recommend this combination. I was on special diet that I can't take any sugar so I chose this combination but it was terrible choice, but this was my fault), and my daughter ordered Hokaido milk tea with almond milk. But after they charged extra for the almond milk, they said my daughter's drink can't be made with almond milk. Tea flavor was too weak and my daughter's drink has too much artificial flavor which we can't figure out what that flavor is. Lots of variety and you can adjust sugar level and ice level. I noticed that they charge extra for no ice, which kind of understand but disappointed at the same time. Paying $4 or more for just tea without any jelly or bobba(they charge extra for adding any additional item) is not enough for getting a little more tea? Even more, their tea was not strong which means they diluted the tea with a lot of water or cheap tea. Comparing other bubble tea shops, the quality was bad comparing to what they charged. We will not go to this...

I came in because I heard good things about this place. I was willing to try it. I went in, the girl asked me what I would like, I asked for her suggestions and she just gave me a list and when I asked it this product is sweet, she said yes. I picked the one she suggested. I paid six dollars for the drink. When the order came out and It was not sweet, rather it was bitter. The drink was artificial and poor. I asked her if I could try something else or asked for an exchange. She refused even with just one sip of the drink and said I could not get another one without ordering it and paying for it. She refused a refund. I left the drink there.

This is poor customer service. Working in customer service a person should try to make it right especially when they say it should be sweet, but this was bitter. The person was very rude about it. I left the drink at the place and they didn’t try to make it better.

Would not recommend them due to poor customer service and not willing to make things right....
