We were so excited when we discovered King's Kitchen. We learned that this women-owned business was very experienced with installing Bellmont cabinets. We had been looking at these locally produced products and really appreciated the sleek, durable and easily cleaned Matisse door and drawer fronts. Our first visit to Kerstin's showroom was fun and exciting. She and her team made the planning process easy and relaxing. We had enjoyable outings to look at products that would help us create the kitchen we desired, a kitchen with clean and simple lines.

We knew that we wanted many custom features (cherry window frames, cabinet insets, etc.) and discovered Kerstin was committed to getting all these details right. She gave us time to select what we wanted and encouraged redesigning until a beautiful plan took shape. King's Kitchen has many suppliers and access to a variety of subcontractors. This made our remodeling so much easier! It allowed us to focus on the fun parts of the project.

We knew we wanted a durable wooden island top to add warmth to our proposed modern kitchen. Knowing this, Kerstin introduced us to Grothouse and Caribou products. She set up a meeting with a Grothouse representative when we realized they would be able to produce a thicker island top and use all edge grain cherry heartwood. This became a reality and is now the showpiece of our kitchen. The wooden top provides tactile warmth even on chilly mornings. Kerstin found a fabricator who was able to create a fabulous quartz counter top for a challenging part of our kitchen. She also found just the right tile installer to work with a large format tile we had selected for our backsplash. He set the tile perfectly to show off its three dimensional elements, which was no easy job as it was positioned under low-angle lighting, thereby requiring exact placement.

We recently worked with Kerstin on a full remodel of our bathrooms and kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience and results. From the start, communication was excellent—she kept us in the loop throughout every stage of the process, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

One thing we really appreciated was her flexibility. To help speed up the timeline, Kerstin was willing to meet with us over the weekend at her office so we could review samples and make key decisions efficiently.
