let me start by saying that it is super hard to find decent customer service, let alone OUTSTANDING, Lets take time out of my day to write a worthy review kinda customer service. However there are some exceptions and Jerrius (I am sure i probably spelled that wrong) is definitely the exception to the rule. Get prepared for a long post. upon arriving at this location ((my first time every going to Mod pizza) it was super busy. The guy cutting the pizza on the other side of the store caught my attention and I said to my partner.. man look at him hustling his butt off. he is amazing. we ordered our 2 pizzas made it thru the line and paid when I got a call from family who had changed their mind and wanted to order. so back in line i went and ordered her pizza. In this process somewhere along the way, our third pizza got mislabeled, which we found out upon getting home. the pizza was not ours and contained mushrooms which my sister is allergic to. I called the location and he answered. i explained what happened and he was the kindest most considerate person ever. He said to come back in, he remembered me and that he would like to replace all 3 since by then our pizzas had gotten cold.
He asked how long it would take us to get there because the location had calmed down for a bit. Upon arrival is was super busy again, but he had already let the sweet young lady behind the counter that we would be back in. she made our pizzas quickly and i told him not to rush we would wait. he got our pizzas in and offered us something to drink while we waited. He was doing 50 different things all at once and still continued to smile, be funny and keep us entertained while he was working. Apologized several times and was just a complete delight. I hope that you truly understand what a great employee you have working for you. And thank you Jerrius for being such a bright light in such...
Read moreWent in for lunch with coworkers around 11am.
The gentlemen in the front waited for about 15 minutes before saying a single word to any of us as we stood in line the whole 15 minutes. Mind you we were the only people in line at this time and all of the other customers had their food already.
He continued to walk around as we waited patiently. Finally he asked us what can he get started for us.
He made our pizzas with no urgency what so ever, mind you this is lunch time, a typical employee only gets about 30 minutes to an hour for a lunch break.
Our pizzas sat on the rack ready for the oven for another 15 minutes then were put into the oven, I could only imagine what temperature our cold items got too before being put in the oven. (Most likely the "danger zone" for cold items)
We could see from our seats that our pizzas were shuffled to the far side of the oven which is colder then the main section of the oven that receives more heat.
A couple of door dash orders came out before ours that were put into the oven after ours as well as 1 customers dine in order that was placed after ours.
We asked for cups of sauce after we grabbed our pizzas, one of my coworkers received his sauces right away. But when I asked for 2 cups of sauces the gentleman said "yea one second" and proceeded to shuffle pizzas in the oven, restock his cups, talk to his coworker, then decided to get my sauce cups for me.
Moral of the story is we were inside this resturant for 45 minutes before actually taking a bite of any food.
Very poor customer service in my opinion and a lack of...

In more detail, I cannot say enough good things about the salads here. There's a great variety of toppings, including those you'd normal expect to put on your pizza instead, and it's pretty much all on the menu. I don't know what would happen if you asked them to put pizza sauce on your salad, but I bet they would. And you can go crazy for a single price. I've usually got 3+ meats, 2-3 cheeses and half of the veggie options, and let me tell you, that's a salad that'll fill you up. It's all fresh ingredients and they're not too stingy with the portions; one poor guy had a hard time getting the lid to stay on!
It's never empty but rarely busy, so you can get in, get your food and be on your way pretty quick, and they are quick, professional and friendly.
If you never considered a pizza place might be your favorite stop for healthy options, I highly advise you rethink it, and stop in to MOD Pizza... And I hear the pizza's...
